Cranbrook’s newest place to grab some grub has got some new things to get our tastebuds ready for opening day this spring!

Take a look at some images of the building renovation, a few snapshots of the new branding as well as some words from the founders themselves!

Check them out @firehallcbk on Facebook and Instagram for updates on renos, menu items, and beer tastings!

Here’s a bit of info from the guys at FHK&T

“We are so excited to show you guys what we’ve had cooking since we acquired the building last summer!

Construction is in full swing at Cranbrook’s Fire Hall Kitchen & Tap. Staff are being interviewed, equipment purchased, dishes created, and beers tasted!

FHK&T is going to be a family-friendly watering hole with an emphasis on quality pub food and craft beers. As our name suggests we are located in Cranbrook’s 90-year-old fire hall. We still have the big truck doors, a firre pole, and the charm and beauty that come with an old brick building. Take a microbrewery tour across Canada or stay right here with a local favourite, all without leaving your barstool. Situated next to historic Rotary Park, with a south facing rooftop patio, knowledgeable staff, and hearty dishes, we hope to be your first choice for great dining experiences. Fire Hall Kitchen & Tap, your Kootenay place!

Give us a follow on Facebook and Instagram to get a behind the scenes look at construction, and sneak peeks of menu items and tap tastings!

We’re @firehallcbk on both Facebook and Instagram!

We hope you guys enjoy this quick update featuring shots of building construction, as well as the official release of our new branding. We’ve got a ton more to show you guys in the coming months, and a lot more work to do.

We can’t wait to see you there.”
